Initial Enquiry

You can either phone us on 01993 813105 or use the contact form. With a few simple questions we can assess whether your property is suitable for solar water heating and or photovoltaic panels. We will then use this information to give you a guide price and give you information on the type of solar system we think is best for you.

At this stage you are under no obligation to purchase a system from us, to sign any sort of agreement, or to part with any money.

Site Survey

When you are ready, and only if you want us to, we will call around to carry out a site survey. This is not a sales call. It is a technical visit from our engineer to discuss the installation with you and answer any queries you might have.

At this stage we will also conduct a full site survey, to confirm the location of the panels and roof structure, the pipe/ cable runs and connections to your existing hot water/ electrical system, and assess any health and safety issues for the installation team.

Using this information we can then confirm our initial estimate with a firm written quotation. We will hold this price for three months. You are still under no obligation and we will not use any high-pressure sales tactics to persuade you to buy a system from us.

The Installation

We would normally expect the installation to be completed within two days for hot water and three days for photovoltaic.

Our installation team will make every effort to minimise disruption to your home. If you are looking at installing solar into a new build the work will be scheduled to fit in with your building programme.

Commissioning and Servicing

Once installation is complete and the system commissioned, we will send you a final invoice.

We will contact all of our customers three months after the installation to ensure that everything is working well and that they are happy with our service.

We provide a full 5 year guarantee on our Solar PV installation with the equipment covered by the manufactures warranty.

We are confident that we install all systems to the highest standards which will provide cheaper heating, hot water and electricity for your home and a trouble free service.
